HYDERABAD: Quantega, a pioneer in Digital Transformation, IT Consulting, Outsourcing and Next-Generation Services, will be recruiting fresh graduates of all course backgrounds for 28800 positions available in Quantega and its associated companies for various locations in India and outside.
The selection will be based on pre-Employment test Quantega will be conducting during the year. The firm provides IT Solutions across many domains. The campus recruitment for 2018-19 would be for various project domains like Education, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, Robotics, Manufacture, Logistics, Travel and Transport, Data and Network, Social Applications, Energy Management, Aerospace, Agriculture, Banking & Finance, Healthcare Life Sciences, a company release said.
The Quantega recruitment process is a systematically planned process with 3 phases. In the first phase all the candidates who have completed the registration process successfully will be going under Quantega Pre-Employment Cognitive Test (QPECT) held on November 4, 2018 (Tentative). Quantega's cognitive ability test is designed to measure an applicant's cognitive function in a specific area, such as verbal reasoning, spatial awareness, problem solving skill, critical thinking, mathematics, etc.
“We use this in the recruitment process to help predict a candidate's future aptitude for the position,” the release said.
In the second phase, candidates who qualify for the first round will go for General Intelligence & Group Discussion. Candidates will be evaluated based on their systematic exchange of information, views and opinions about a topic, problem, issue or situation among the members of a group. Topics will be given to candidates after result of QPECT to prepare. The topic should be mostly based on latest developments in Business & Economy; Current Affairs; Social Issues; International events, Climate, technology, etc.
This will be followed by personal interview, which is a formal discussion between the Quantega hirer and an applicant or candidate, typically in person, in which information will be exchanged, with the intention of establishing the applicant's suitability for a position.
