MUMBAI: Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-starrer "War" has crossed the Rs 200 crore-mark at the box office, in just a week since its release.
The film boasts of jaw-dropping action sequences and hit the screens on October 2.
Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films, ‘War' also features Vaani Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles.
The action-thriller released in 4200 screens and earned over Rs 50 crore on its first day and the film had entered the Rs 100 crore club on its third day.
Hrithik said he is overjoyed and humbled about the number of records the film has created so far.
Tiger said he is overwhelmed with the response to the film, his first to mint Rs 200 crore.
With a total of an estimated Rs 206 crore nett earned within the first week, the film coming in third on the list after ‘Baahubali- The Conclusion’ and ‘Sultan’.
The film revolves around agent Khalid (played by Tiger Shroff) who is on a mission to hunt down his mentor Kabir (played by Hrithik Roshan).
