With a new hairdo and intense look, which was revealed off late for her upcoming Telugu movie Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayulu, Shriya Saran has captured the attention of film buffs. The look indicates that the role will be a performance-oriented one and her star status is expected to go up with this flick.
Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayulu, written and directed by R Indrasena, is tipped to be a crime saga. Nara Rohit is the hero in the film. Sree Vishnu and Sudheer Babu are in important supporting roles. The film produced under the banner Baba Creations will be presented by Dr MVK Reddy.
Aata Naade Veta Naade in Telugu, which is being directed by Teja, is another about-to-be released movie of Shriya. Apart from these Telugu movies, she has Naragasooran, a dark and intense suspense drama, in Tamil. Karthik Naren is wielding the megaphone for the movie in which she is playing an interesting role. The role in Naragasooran is one she has never done in her career so far, sources said. The star cast in the film include Arvind Swami, Sundeep Krishna and Aathmika.
In Bollywood, Shriya has Tadka, veteran actor Prakash Raj’s directorial debut in Hindi. The film is a remake of his Tamil hit Un Samayal Arayil. Nana Patekar, Ali Fazal and Taapsee Pannu are donning the other important roles in the flick.
