Amid COVID-19, AIADMK executive meeting to be held on September 28

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam had attended a high-level meeting in Chennai, on Friday.

 

Amid COVID-19 pandemic, All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) executive meeting will be held on September 28 in Chennai.

As per the report, the meeting will be chaired by AIADMK presidium chairman E Madhusudhanan. The invitation will be sent to individuals for participation.

On Friday, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam had attended a high-level meeting in Chennai.

The meeting was convened by the Deputy Chief Minister to review the political development in the state. It was attended by the top leaders of AIADMK.

Tamil Nadu recorded 5,488 positive cases of COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the state tally to 5,30,908. Among these, Chennai reported 989 positive cases, bringing the city’s total to 1,53,616.
